Review process completed
Monday, 18 April 2011 23:53
We are happy to inform you that the review process is completed. Thank you for submitting more than 50 papers/posters to ICAD11! A short confirmation e-mail from the Paper Chair will be e-mailed you soon.
Next deadline is the 15th May for the camera-ready submission of your pdf. Please log in with your username and password and check your paper status and read the reviewer's comments. Following this you can revise your manuscript and upload it as usual, your older version should be overwritten. The latest version we have on the 15th of May will be used for the proceedings, it is your risk and responsibility to have the latest and best version by then (please check). If you want to submit supplementary files (first of all, soundfiles), you can upload it the same way using the "supplementary file" option (up to 20 Mbytes). You may choose to embed or link these to your pdf file and/or you can give information in your paper about them: what they are, how to play them etc. If you have problems or your sound file is too big, please contact the webadmin. The best way would be if you upload this file and we download it, however, we cannot guarantee that large files can be also included onto the CD. The same applies for non regular submissions such as concerts, aural demos, sonification contest etc. If your submission is not a regular paper or poster and you have special needs please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
In couple of days, the PROGRAM tab on the website will be updated as we can make a preliminary program with author information and title of presentation. Furthermore, the final decision of submissions whether they would be oral or poster presentation will be made. We also ask you then to check all the information to be correct.
The proceedings will be published by the International Community for Auditory Display (ICAD). Copyright remains with the individual authors. We will check how many supplementary files will be uploaded and how to put them onto the CD (or DVD). Please note that at least one presenting author must pay the registration fee and has to present the work in order to include the paper onto the Proceedings CD. Please make your arrangements with your payment and travel. The early bird registration is up to the 15th of May also via bank transfer:
